The company's goals seems to change with every new CEO. Pay is lower than it should be and they seem to think of an employees as easily replaceable. Alarm monitoring and resolution management. Since I was only there for 7 months the only information I can offer is that since their goal was to buy out US Lec and I was not told that when I was hired it was a short-lived opportunity since they closed the Paetec Tampa office after the buyout and all the last sales hires were let go. So I moved on before the buyout was completed as I was one of the last hires. Pros Good compensation. Good Company to work for.
